Cancellation & Refund Policy

In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their projects and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of services received from www.astroscienc.in must be made at least seven business days prior to the end of the current service period.
Requests received later than seven business days prior to the end of the current service period will be treated as cancellation of services for the next service period.
All cancellation requests must be made by the attendee or credit card holder.

Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund for the current service.
Cancellations will be accepted via e-mail, and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline.

Refund policy

Refund will be done within seven business days from the date of cancellation of the services.
All refund requests must be made by the attendee or credit card holder.
Refund requests must include the name of the attendee and/or transaction number.
Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment.
Delivery of predictions will be done within 90 days after the confirmation of the payment through mail or courier.
